Scout transport was a last hour quote of mine while I was in the pickup area. Jill was very prompt to answer all questions and got pickup arranged on short notice. Everything went smooth from quote acceptance to delivery because of Jill.

Problem with communication results in non payment. Swing was altered with permission by family member(not contact)at pickup. Customer wanted set reassembled but load was on road before the driver could agree. Customer should be only person to allow changes. Driver didn't have time to reassemble which wasn't agreed to. Driver admits to abusive language at delivery when told no payment. Extra items were transported for free. Customer non-payment for not reassembling swing set, language, damages.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The dog that was to be picked up was hit and killed a few days before pickup. I had no problems with the transporter, I informed him right away and he understood.
