I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The reason of customer wanting a cancelation isn't true or correct. I personally communicated with the customer via email since I was under the weather but still picking up their cargo to be transported. Honestly still under the weather. Mr Aloy, contact uship customer service support they will help you from here on Thanks, What I keep finding out is that the customers will find anything excuse wise to cancel the booking. 2nd in one day, after having all fuel up and on the way. Uship look at it.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I arrived as scheduled to pick up this load but I can't do it because they listed it as 4 boxes and 3 drums,they did not list the drums as being 55 gallon size and very heavy. In the comments to someone else they said it was 30 pounds and easy to load but these drums are probably at least 200 pounds each. Also they listed this as being on the 1st level but this is on the 2nd floor with a stairway as only access.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I explained that I couldn't do it for the price he wanted to pay
