The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The pickup was set for 8/21 and yet to be picked up by 8/27. The provider promised each day in between the shipment would be picked up but never was. I am requesting a full refund for this shipment.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Incorrect shipping information was entered. Spoke with UShip customer service and they told me the only way to fix issue was to cancel and rebook and a full refund will be awarded.

After regularly using RL for years, I will no longer be selecting them for any future shipments after they have failed miserably on the last 4 shipments. Each of our last 4 shipments has been picked up and delivered many days/weeks past the proposed pickup/delivery dates. These delays have cost us and our primary customer tens of thousands of dollars in lost business/revenue. While we have been refunded for the shipping costs on these orders, we are left without recourse on the lost business.
