I no longer need my item(s) shipped Have to cancel not my fault and totally not Kyle or Debbie's fault they were Excellent and I'm 100% sure to use them for all my traveling needs. I trust in them to get all future business they have been more than accommodating. The shipment is canceled because the people who the dog was traveling to can't take the dog mother won't keep the dog in her home and the father lives in a condo that won't allow dogs and the sister can't take the dog I can't ship the dog if there is no home to go to at

They Were EXCELLENT!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Boarding place lost reservations they went the extra mile to keep in contact, we fixed it they had to make an extra trip back with the pup.. Transport you cant get anything any better..
Friendly, Clean, quick , good contact back and forth in travel
Will use them again

This was a GREAT EXPERIENCE for both dog and owner as the both ladies were great.. professional willing to work with you , excellent with Jazz, attentive to the the dogs needs. Van was Clean, Orginize, and they left with every detail in order. They kept the comunication going through out the trip and called us at every stop. I will go out of my way to use there service again. I cant be more pleased from pick up to deliver.

GSP puppy was picked up late but they did comunicate there delay. Once puppy was picked up didnt here from them until future puppy owner called me said transport wa in a roll over. Puppy was delivered in poor shape & scared. Wrote 3 letters to have mike correct situation kept giving excuses on how he couldnt make contact with new owners of puppy. During accident 40# bag of food broke open mike said he would make good on it to the new owners and has not. Last email he wasnt very nice.
