As others have posted communication is poor and timing fairly long. Neither was of importance to me as I was away on vacation during the shipping. I also know from speaking with the shipper that the office staff are being replaced and that should result in better communication in the future. The bike was delivered safely which is the main thing and I am happy with the service and Uship.
