I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Made multiple attempts to pickup item, finally got it all worked out with pickup location to pickup this afternoon, shipper pulls this.

Unfortunately this carrier was not truthful. Never made any attempts to pick up item and even forgot what the item was. Auction house waited multiple times for him to pick up and he never showed. I even gave him an extra week to pick up.

Great communication which is important with delivering a very valuable item. They handled an 1100lb item which is very difficult to transport. There was slight gouge in back corner of this antique but minor compared to the difficulty of moving this item.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time He put off picking up item for a week, then said he would get it the following week, then forgot he was supposed to pick up item that week and did not remember what the item was. Very poor communicator as I had to constantly call him to ask progress. Keeps putting it off for another day, then never follows through. Very unreliable and never communicated progress. Wasted two weeks as this item was supposed to be out of auction house before they would start charging me storage fees. Obviously, I

Great people to work with! Great communication from their side. Never had to contact them about progress of shipment as they kept me accurately informed of ETA for pickup and delivery and were very quick to deliver my item 1000 miles away. Highly recommend!
