The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I find it dishonest that they would try to charge me more than we agreed with a credit card fee, as well as requesting I circumvent uShip by booking direct with them in the future, and I would prefer to not to give them my credit card information

Crate was almost non-existant when package arrived and the actual package had chunks ripped from the metal probably from the forklift going through the crate and into the package. I waited 3 months for my claim. Supposedly it was approved and nothing happen. After entering a complaint with the better business bureau, they brought the broken package to me. They never paid for damages, never apologize. Nothing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
