After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The address they gave for pick up is not there ,the phone number they gave for pick up site does not work one is a fax and the other one is disconected.Wasted 6 hours of my time to find place ,not finding it tried to call for help gave me numbers that dont work tried to call back got voice and no one ever called me back in over an hour.Think its time to use another site Caroline Clagett

This guy and his wife are a joke.I gave his wife all the info she needed when she called me. Who drives around for 6 hours?I gave them my cell phone number and the factory reps cell phone number. I booked the same exact shipment with another carrier the next day he delivered it with out problem I called these two, both phone number and no return phone call. They could not find a trailer factory thats been in business for 15 years??? DO NOT USE

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I gave the shipper the address that the factory gave me when they contacted us this moriig I gave her the sales rep number at the factory I never heard back form them we are a retail store and dont understand why they are stating they drove around for 6 hours?

I looked on two Califorina roads there was no such address,ask for the name of the place picking up at was not given that,askk for phone numbers the ones given went to a fax and the other one was disconected,Tried to call back got answering machine and was never called back ,have proof on cell phone call record he was called twice that day one to get numbers and one to say they didnt work but he never called back
