I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment you made it sound like i didnt care told you i was sorry and if you couldnt wait until the following week that i understood if you need to cancel and find someone else good luck with your items and have a good day sir and i didnt say maybe i just said i didnt know exactly what day i would be picking it up i have 4 other costumers waiting for their items as well and they dont have a problem you shouldnt write words that wasnt said who is the one being unprofessional

If you cared you would have had better communication ...period !!! Could have told me yesterday you still didn't have a working truck to pick up items, or at the very least this morning so I didn't have people waiting and changing their schedule to be available thinking you would be there this AM? Couldn't take chance of this happening next week as well. Best to keep customers in the loop when providing a service all I am saying! Best of luck to you and your 4 costumers...Take care!

it was a pleasure moving the chair for Frank. He was very flexible in his shipping times, and provided all the contact information that made it easy to facilitate the pick and drop off a breeze, I hope to have his business again should he need more shipping services, JOHN .

This shipper ois one stand up guy who you can tell takes true pride in his work. His customer service and his communication throughout the haul was top notch. You will not find one better and he will be my first choice if I ever need something hauled in the future . A+

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Seller would reply instantly up to point of booking and then once booked Nothing ! Left me high and dry ... emailed , called, and texted with zero reply. Awful business practices.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider I booked with on Tuesday. asked to have the pickup customer clear her schedule as he was wanting an AM pick up today, which she arranged. Emailed the provider last night just to touch base and make sure he had all info and we were all set for todays pick up...no reply to email. Heard nothing this morning so I text the seller to see how pick up went, she replies not here yet! So call provider and he is like " Oh well I won't be going today, my truck blew up on me and shop won't s
