A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer thought we would be able to pick up over the holiday weekend, but was unable too. Unfortunately, we can’t wait until Tuesday and customer would rather not wait until we came back through again. Customer is requesting cancellation so they can find someone else. Agreement on both ends

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I had to end up cancelling this shipment because the seller of the item was unavailable on the days I scheduled with the shipper for pick up. The shipper was thus in no way responsible for this cancellation.
Nonetheless, the shipper was very courteous and understanding during our interactions and tried their best to find a solution.
