The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I tried to reach Konoha via phone and email on multiple occasions, but never received any return communication. As such, the pick-up that I had scheduled should be cancelled, given that they were a no communication/no show. Response from konohainvestmentsllc: Our account was locked due to the connecting shipment above. Penalizing us for not risking the lost of money when Brent with uShip locked our account without justification or due notice before starting his time off is a bit ridiculous.
