Carrier is simply lying, no-one called or mentioned anything about a broken truck which would have been understandable, they chose to simply not answer or return phone calls for 2 weeks, watch doing business with them, these guys

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider bid on and was awarded my transportation contract 2 weeks before pick up (week of March 24th), the provider did not show to pick up the load and has not answered or returned any of my phone calls or e-mails. The one time I did get a hold of someone at the number, they informed me that it was picked up and I would be contacted later that night to get the estimated arrival time. HADE TRUCK PROBLEMS TOLD CUSTOMER WOULD TRY TO FIND ANOTHER CARRIER TO TRANSPORT BOAT TIME FRAMES DID NOT MATCH UP WITH DATES .THINGS HAPPEN WITH TRUCKS AND TRANSMISSIONS SORRY WE TRIED TO FIND ANOTHER CARRIER DID NOT HAPPEN TRUCK FIXED NOW BUT TO LATE FOR THIS CUSTOMER ,,THANKS ANYWAY SSMITH9736
