I was a little leery about going with this company because they were new to uShip and didn't have many reviews, but I can say we were extremely happy with the service they provided to move my wife's heirloom piano across states. They were very responsive, communicated clearly, and were very professional. I could tell they took the job seriously and took good care to wrap up the piano. I would definitely use them again!

Travis and his team did a great job packing and delivering these antiques free of damage. They arrived a day or two later than expect because of COVID related delays. Overall, they did a good job updating me on their progress and were very friendly and personable guys. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We used this company for another shipment and had no problems and good communication. However, the company could not uphold an on-time pick-up for this shipment (due to a multi-day delay on the east coast) and failed to communicate that they would not be able to meet the pick-up deadline--until I asked, which has led to us cancelling the order. We were willing to work to find a new delivery date, but they prioritized other customers saying that they had to be on-time for other future deliverie

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After multiple reschedules from the seller, we spoke and mutually agreed to cancel this order. He was unable to provide the level of service I expected and we agreed it was best to go our separate ways.

Mark did an excellent job on this shipment. The initial price changed from when I accepted the bid, but that was only because I underestimated the weight by 940 lbs. Mark called to discuss the options with me and gave me a very good price for the additional weight. Overall I am very satisfied with the overall service. My household goods were shipped from WA to GA in less than a week. Mark went out to my storage unit, loaded everything on a pallet, shrink-wrapped and shipped. Thanks again Mark!
