Unbelievable. Herb and Deb are the best! Can't give them high enough marks for their service. Boat trailer broke down during transit They communicated well, even e-mailed photos of the problem to me and Herb Dissassembled the axle, drove 30 miles for parts while Deb stayed with the boat then made the the repairs in the pouring rain. You just don't find people like this anymore. HIRE THEM!!!

Thanks Bill, even though you do a complete inspection some things are unforeseen. This is a perfect example. As far as what we did, staying with the boat and fixing the things that needed to be fixed, we treat our customers the way we want to be treated. Thanks for the great feedback.
