A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer accepted a step deck price, we couldn't locate a reasonable local tow truck to load, I gave him as option to upgrade to a better trailer option to avoid the local tow truck cost but he didn't want that either..

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The trailer the boat is on was in question, we were only able to tow the boat and trailer. The trailers roadworthiness was in question and we offered to tow with the driver to make resonable accomodations. This was agreeable to the shipper. The bid was accepted and then our driver spoke with the shipper and understood the trailer would not only possibly need tires and bearing but it would possibly require some welding on the frame of the trailer. This is not something that our company feels they

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipping was booked 11/29/22. As of this date, 2 1/2 months later, the shipper refuses to pick up the load and is now requesting $1500 more than quoted.
