The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Theres was a confusion in the pick-up and delivery locations. I attempted to contact the customer by email and there was no reply from the customer. I also called the customer with the supplied number on the ad, and I recieved the voicemail. I left a message for the customer to contact as soon as possible. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider This provider were supposed to pick up my shipment after Aug 21 due the owners were out of town. He never contacted them until I called him to see what was going on. I sent him all the instructions by e-mail perfectly specified. He was very rude even by email and the owner confirmed me his poor service attitude too. (He told her he had 100 messages and no time to check them all) Also he ask the owner to bring the quad to his location when he was suppossed to pick it up from this address. I am ve

WE are very unpleased because he did not accept payments with paypal or credit card. He arrived late night on the weekend expecting we will have cash. He did not show any service attitude and he overreact demanding complete the service that same night. We never hear from him about his arriving time. WE arrange to have the money next day cash but his attitude really showed not to be willing to work in any other conditions.
