Customer is not willing to accept our terms & conditions and they are posted right there on the Uship site! We didn't ask for any money upfront, but when you deal with IDIOT like this one he doesn't listen to what we're telling him.

This IDIOT called wanting money for himself,,after i paid u-ship there deposit..said you never seen u-ship,yet you pay them a deposit,,now pay me too..my papers say u will..Not me..U-ship looked out for me,,an cancel him an refunded my deposit........Trust U-Ship

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time truck broke down and when I contacted the shipper he was fine with the delay and said to keep him posted which I have and had no idea he was planning on canceling the shipment.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time As with all 3rd party auto sales, WILL HAUL IT must confirm vehicle availability with selling party before sending a truck to pick up point. We were unable to establish contact after many attempts.

This is the worest hauler i every used,,,two and half weeks late,,no answer on any phone i had,,seller calling me,to say caller ID says no one called him here..you need to pick jeep up now..paid deposit,,contracted them,,legal ways were next..hired a another driver,,pray==

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Driver wants extra money now up front,,,plus money already paid to u-ship

We didn't ask for any money upfront, but when you deal with a person like this one that doesn't listen to what we're telling him it's better that way! He got burned by another company that couldn't accommodate his shipment for over 30 days and now he is suspicious about anyone, but that's not our problem !!! Good luck and God Bless

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time provider said 3 weeks ago he broke down,, would be up an going in 7-10 days,,no contact with provider.....seller been paid,,,want it out now or storage will begin...want refund an new hauler ASAP
