This was my first deal on uship. A few hours after I sent out my inquiry Sean responded and asked me a few questions. I responded back and we opened a dialogue that went back and forth several time. Sean was very helpful and quick to get back to me despite the fact that it was a Saturday. After we finalized plans and I accepted his bid he kept in touch by sending my BOL info and tracking info.
