Shipper was given $2,454.92 for damage to his vehicle which was accidentally damaged in transit. After Shipper settled with the insurance company, he demanded more money from Will Haul It & threatened that if we did not pay he would leave negative feedback. Will Haul It, LLC will not fall victim to blackmail. Will Haul It, LLC went above and beyond to settle this matter professionally. The Shipper still has not paid Will Haul It, LLC for the transport.
Response from Michael P.:
Sue tell the truth. I paid you a $286 fee to book the job on my credit card the driver received $500 in cash upon delivery. There's no blackmail when I asked for a refund of the driver's fee to assist with payment. All said, the roof repair cost $4900; a $2445 out of pocket cost to me. The $500 reimbursement was an act of good faith on your part to stand by your customer. What driver delivers at 1:30am and doesn't confess the damages? One who is a liar & cheat. Always know the drivers YOU hire!

Mike was great to work with and I loved transporting his old truck. Despite the snow storm, I was it got to its destination with little fuss. I have really enjoyed working for the people I have met through this site and Mike is one of the best. A true credit to the site and the kind of guy you would like to have as a friend.

Aaron did an excellent job transporting my non operative antique truck. He kept me informed throughout the transportation of the vehicle. Aaron arrived within the scheduled time of delivery and the vehicle was secured properly upon the trailer with additional protection taken to protect the windshield from damage. I would highly recommend Aaron to any future UShip customer to transport their items. He’s an honest and extremely reliable hard working man. Thanks Aaron it was a pleasure!

During transit the subcontractor hired WJ Transportation,LLC of Woodbridge NJ who caved in the right side of the roof. Delivery was to be between 5-7pm however the truck arrived without notice at 1:30am. The driver failed to inform me of the damage and left promptly after payment. I noticed the damage in the morning light called the driver; he denied damaging the truck. Called Sue & received the hauler's ins info. Asked for a refund never received a reply nor $$. Ins paid 1/2 of the repair cost.
Response from willhaulit:
This vehicle was damaged, accidentally in transit. The insurance claim was submitted and paid accordingly. Shipper was given $2,454.92 for the damage in a prompt, fair fashion. Shipper received MORE from the insurance claim than he initially paid for the vehicle in total. After Shipper settled with the insurance company, he demanded more money from Will Haul It & threatened that if we did not pay he would leave negative feedback. Will Haul It, LLC went above and beyond the call of duty on this
