Joel and Deb were fantastic. Not only did they go above and beyond the duty to get our stuff in Chicago when we couldn't make it up there, they kept us informed every step of the way with e-mail updates and phone calls. They helped my daughter unload at delivery even though they didn't have to. I would highly recommend Joel and Deb to anyone else using Uship. What a fantastic idea this service is!
