Waypoint was excellent in communicating with all involved parties. They abided by the 24 hour notice request and picked up in the time they committed. Timely notification of delivery and received confirmation photos showing the equipment on the truck. Would use them again.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Carrier was unable to book pick up with requested 24 hours notice. There was one pick up successfully arranged after several weeks but carrier showed up with incorrect trailer.
