This was our first shipment using uship. We were a little nervous since this was over 3000 miles and everything was done by internet. We had several questions during the bid process that this shipper quickly answered. Providing insurance was a deciding factor. Erwin and Mellissa were great. Picked up on time and even with a tire blowout on our trailer still arrived on time. Erwin took care of tire problem with no complaints. Highly recommend this shipper and uship process.
