I no longer need my item(s) shipped Hallo, leider hat mir Hr. Martin mitgeteilt, dass das Sofa eine Beschädigung aufweist und nicht mehr verkauft wird. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die schlechte Kommunikation bzw. das Vorgehen von Hr. Martin. Ohne den Verkauf benötige ich aber leider den Transport nicht mehr. Viele Grüße S. Meyer

Danke für Ihre Bewertung. Welche Art von Kommunikation wünschen Sie sich? Ich hatte Ihnen einen Premium Angebot unterbreitet welches Sie abgelehnt haben. Zu dem Preis zu dem wir gefahren sind da würde selbst der Paketdienst nicht mithalten können. Es wurde allen Rechtzeitig avisiert und mehrmals Info zur Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt. Zur Pünktlichkeit sage ich mal 1 Woche früher als vertraglich Vereinbart ist super Pünktlich. Auftrag wurde sauber durchgeführt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Andre Arnho
