Very professional! Had all documents needed for a smooth hand over with the ocean freight forwarder and entry into the port! Responded quickly to questions and very helpful with coordinating arrangements with seller. Pleasure to work for!!!

The service provider’s feedback is not accurate at all. I called him right after I accepted the bid, the morning of 8/13/2015. He told me that he could not deliver the boat to Seastar at Jacksonville’s port because he did not have a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card. In the post I made it very clear that a TWIC card was required for this job. . His only suggestion was for me to pay an extra $100 to hire a port escort.

Mike was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. He did not sugar coat some findings of the trailer's condition, which was helpful, since I am managing from a distance. I would engage Mike again for the next transport need.
