We hauled two pieces of equipment for them from the RB Montreal Auction site down to them in Raynham, MA, USA. Shipment was accurately described, loaded and unloaded without issue, and payment arrive right on time. Terrific new client, and another haul for the books! Have a great 2021! The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The driver never showed up on Friday 12/9 to pickup vehicle. SGT requested another day to pickup vehicle, claiming truck had flat tire. On Saturday 12/10, SGT claimed tow truck needed a clutch and additional time to pickup vehicle. On 12/11, SGT said a tow truck would arrive before noontime on Monday 12/12 to pickup vehicle. Tow truck never arrived as of 2pm, SGT claims that tow truck driver cant make pickup as scheduled for the 4th time. SGT say they can have a tow truck by Wednesday which

Highly recommend using this company to transport goods from Canada to USA. Transporting goods across the country borders is a little more complicated. Nick at Great Lakes provided me with a list of customs agents to contact and guided us throught the entire process. Even followed up after shipment was received. Good job to Great Lakes staff!
