I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have tried emailing on several occasions. My shipment has changed the other horse that was in this shipment was to poor to be passed for a health certificate to travel across state lines. Only need the show gelding shipped now and would like to set up a different bid specifically to ship him. Response from ErinCESMT: This person never told me she was or wanted to cancel. Then blamed me for not getting up with her. She never gave any opportunity to discuss any cancellation. She just didn't want to pay the bid she accepted.

The service was great! Communication was Awsome. My horse~ Wow she looked good! She was well cared for and came off the trailer happy. I am glad I didn't let a negative comment sway me to not use her service. She was a really nice, and caring person. I would use her service again. Thank YOU. Sara was absolutely the BEST! She was awsome her COMMUNICATION was BEST BY far. I plan to use her in the future for my other two horses. My horses came off that trailer and looked like they hadn't even traveled. They were settled and content when she arrived at the farm. I was really grateful that someone actually followed through and communicated properly with me from start of transaction to the end. Thank You SARA!!!!! We Appreciate You, Okester,Gadget & Annabelle.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I contacted shipper today while in the area to make sure the shipment was still a "go" he was on the road. This evening I had issues that became aware that are requiring me to leave the area ahead of schedule. I was to be in town to meet the shipper and have new tires put on trailer prior to being shipped but will not be able to have this done.
I will email the shipper privately as well to request a cancellation and reschedule at a later date. Response from transportbr: thankyou call call us when you need shipment

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Trailer had to be moved sooner than it was scheduled to be moved. Elizabeth transport was fair, honest and always available to be reached by phone. I would use this company again if I need to ship in the future.
