The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I feel it is important to share the experience Chris & Xtreme Transport Services provide. Chris was extremely responsive during the pre-book period and the details provided made it sound like the his shipments were already ready to go or already picked up. After accepting the booking I was asked if I could be lenient on my dates; something that should have been apparent in the pre-book timeline. Chris continued to move the dates, shared specifics of other clients, and did not respond to updates.
