The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Having a flat tire on a trailer has nothing to do with shipment. The customer stated they could load onto my trailer. Sunbelt rentals will not load a towable item on a trailer. I drove two hours out of my way to help the guy. The disaster is on customers end.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer customer was respectful at first. Upon having some issues then dates changes and the customer adding on additional weight without raising price of shipment. we determined its best for another transporter to assist him. he was rude and demanding towards the end of today. texting me in a disrespectful way. i refuse to complete this shipment for him.

Everything went crazy when they delivered to Vermeer dealer. They were so bad they have been banned from ever returning there. Very serious anger issues. Can never use them again.
