Started out good with Russell contacting me and setting up the aproximate pick up an drop off dates. Then the delays began with the sub-contracted shipper. I lost communication with Russell for a few days and began to worry. In the end Russell made it right and the vehicle showed up in the same condition as when it was loaded. Just need better communication next time.
