There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved cust called spoke to me wanted to add a bunch of things i said don't think so he hung up that was tues last week i have called at least 50 times nobody will answer or call back do not want to deal with a person who is looking to get something for nothing everybody else better watch out

Good shipper to work with. Flexible on both ends, prompt payment, easy to work with, and always available. Would transport for again.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I don't understand their reasoning for this but what they claim is absurd. They showed up with no prior notice and the shipment wasn't ready. They should have set up a specific appointment for pickup, at least a days notice. They call saying we are here where is the package... On not responding, yes I didn't respond to their unprofessional woicemail messages. No one at any time suggested to them that there was other items because they didn't speak to anyone...

the man is a lier we spoke 5 days earlyer i was in georgia now if that isn't warning enough when you are in miami i don't know besides i have been sitting in stuart waiting for 2 days no return call i don't have nothing to say except stay away from him he is a bad man and his brother called last tues when i was in georgia and told me he had other things to ship when i told him no that was the end of the phone call watch OUT for these people

Jim is the best of the best... Very reliable,courteous and understanding. My shipment was delayed a day by no fault of either of us and Jim didn't miss a beat.. I highly recommend him and his cool trailer!!

I must say that these folks are the most reliable and dedicated shippers that I have ever used and would gladly refer them to any of my friends. They made sure all my needs were met and took care of my boat as if it were there own. They are nice people too!
