The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it there were twice as many items in the storage,i called the customer and no response.Later he called back but i was already out of the area.

Overwhelmingly positive experience. Chris was a pro's pro, effortlessly moving some big and bulky items without any issue. After my previous match with another provider who flaked out on the day of the move, i was suspect of uShip...well, Chris more than made up for it by doing a great job, communicating well and keeping me up to date every step of the way. i will definitely use him again the next time i move, and will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who asks...11 out of 10!

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled In his initial bid, Mike claimed that he would pick up my shipment between 11/28 and 11/29. He was not responsive to emails, and then didn't answer his phone at all when he *did* finally show up late on the 30th.
I have all the emails and cell records.
I emailed starting at 8:00 AM on the 30th, and Mike said he would be there at 11. I was at work, but returned his email at 11:30...so I have a very, very hard time accepting that i was unreachable.
