Oscar went above and beyond - took a photo of damage at the warehouse and had them acknowledge it for me, then loaded manually when they refused to forklift the pallets onto his trailer. Arrived in time and in good condition, driver was helpful and prompt despite heavy rain, good communication which was particularly appreciated.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Kris bent over backwards, but there were delays from Columbus Day, and he now has other jobs to do.

The shipment went like clockwork - there was a minor glitch at pickup (I was expecting notice) but all my nervous instructions were heeded - the odd working hours at the factory, the length and weight of the rolls (10', 100lbs), were taken in their stride and they arrived in good condition and good time.
