I did not show up at agreed upon date and time This is the same customer who booked Sam item 2times it was a error on uship. Please check booken log so we won't get charged for same shient

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We showed up on time last week and notified the customer that we were here to pick up .he text me and said he wasn't finished with the items on pick up date. He then ask when will our truck be back in the area , I told him next week Thursday he said ok. He calls me yesterday and tell me the item has to be in Atlanta. Not once did he mention that the had to be in Atlanta on Friday. This is not fair unprofessional with this customer and has held our truck up and never paid us for coming out.
