The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it the customer was very confusing and mis represented the shipment there was multiple pickup locations and various contact persons to call in order to arrange pickup, bottom line is the customer was not ready

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The driver was incredibly agitated and irritable on the phone ! Incredibly unprofessional and needs to pick a different profession. He gave 30 minutes notice for pick up when people have work schedules. Do not work with this company ever.
