There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved You sounded your phone I received a calculation today saying that the customer was unable to get in contact with me when I never received any phone call or text message or email from the customer And when I spoke with him on the phone today he tells me that he needed pixel at a reasonable time when I responded back to him as I got until Tuesday to pick it up and I was picking it up Monday morning and delivering it Tuesday and he responded that it wouldnit was a change of plan he needed it before

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I spoke with Marcus. Our driver got held up on his delivery today, by the time he was empty and ready to go pick up the shipment, their loaders were already gone. Marcus will be back in 1 month and will reschedule if needed. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you.
