The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper did not show up. Both me and the current owner of the reformers tried multiple times to call and text. When we did reach him there seemed to be different stories about the arrangements. We tried to set up a different time next week or during the weekend to pick up the machines he would not answer the texts. Both the current owner of the reformers and I felt uncomfortable continuing to work with Tony and a different shipper has been arranged by the current owner.

My experience with Powerglider was wonderful! Powerglider communicated with me every step of the way to let me know how the shipment was going. The communication responses were also fast - no waiting for a response. This is exactly what I want in a shipper - no wondering and worrying!
Even though my shipment came on an open truck, my items were well covered and totally secured.
Shipper was also very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this company!
