Great guy to deal with. Can not express enough how friendly he was, and very responsive. Would not hesitate in doing future shipments for hom.

I had 2 fur buddies to ship 3400km a 7 year old and a 2 year old. I was so worried as my eldest isnt the greatest with other dogs. But ken was amazing. He gave the dogs the whole back seat. He was able to gain their trust build a new relationship with them and had them feel comfortable enough for them to forget about me. The pictures i received very frequently showed me how thoughtful and caring Ken is towards the pups. Id definitly repeat this service as i will need to in the future. AMAZING.
