The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer listed this shipment as 300lbs, 5 items. In actuality, however, there were several items including 15 boxes, a big screen TV, a Washing Machine, a sofa, and a fridge. Obviously, the weight of these items are probably closer to 2000lbs. Due to the gross misrepresentation, I was unable to provide this customer with shipping. She was very kind and understanding. Economy movers were the most professional and courteous movers,ever. I was not ablr to pay as much as the original ,these guys went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me,they even took more stuff than was planned,my furniture was delivered for Indiana to arizona in just a few days,they helped load into storage and even offered to assist with my move to my new home. I highly recommend them, and advise anyone who wants to be treated with kindness and respect ,no matter your income .

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled This provider waited until the time of pickup and called my house asking for more details for the second time to my spouse regarding the shipment ,he then informed him 30 minutes before pickup ,he couldnt do it, I called the mover back and he advised me that he didnt have enough room ,then he stated if I could pay $1100.00 instead of the agreed bid of $480.00 he could make room for my shipmeny ,I advised him ,all my stuff was ready and in my living room for pickup and did not have that kind of m

Please review this shipment by clicking on the link. This person stated she had "5 items weighing 300lbs". When I called to confirm pickup, she in fact had 15 boxes, a Fridge, Sofa, Big Screen TV, Beds, & washing machine. Obviously, I would have never bid if I knew the shipment was grossly misrepresented. The customer then proceeded to call me a scammer and a racist after I tried to offer her a fantastic deal of $1100 to ship the items 2000 miles away. Thanks for your understanding! -Dave
