The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The customer, has been the victim of fraud on ebay. The boat that he had purchased was misrepresented to him and in very poor condition when we arrived to pick up for transport. With that, the owner of the boat prolonged the processing of his payment giving many excuses. The customer backed out of the boat sale (I do not blame you one bit) therefore our services are not needed.
