A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

THIS LADY IS INTELLIGENT, AND WONDERFULLY KIND. I WILL BE USING HER, WHEN MY FATHER IS BETTER. SHE WAS SUPER AND VERY CARING AND PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS LIKE SPEAKING TO AN OLD FRIEND. VERY GREAT. WE LOOK FORWARD TO DOING BUSINESS WITH HER!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved when I spoke to this customer she stated that she had 2 dogs and a 14 year old daughter who would be riding with me that had not been mentioned in the original bid and I stated that it would have been and additional charge.I did request 1/2 of the payment up front and that I could hitch a ride with 1 of our other drivers and save her part of the air fare she said that was fine
When we finished our conversation I came away feeling very positive.not sure what happened.

NO THIS LADY MISREPRESENTED HERSELF. SHE WAS NOT GOING TO STOP BUT AT REST AREAS. THEREFOR MY HORSES WOULD BE IN THE TRAILER WAY TO LONG. SHE STARTED ASKING FOR MORE MONEY, AND MY DAUGHTER WILL NOT RIDE WITH A STRANGER. SHE JUST WANTED TO FIND MORE WAYS TO GET MONEY. EVERY RED FLAG THAT USHIP WARNS TO WATCH OUT FOR, SHE HIT. IT WAS WEIRD AND AN UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE. I FELT SHE WAS BEING A MOOCH.

THIS LADY WAS BEYOND TERRIFIC. SHE WAS VERY CARING AND TOOK AWESOME CARE OF MY HORSES. SHE WAS VERY WARM AND FRIENDLY. I WILL ONLY USE HER, IN THE FUTURE. SHE KEPT ME UPDATED AND WAS VERY OPEN TO GIVING GREAT ADVICE ABOUT MY HORSES. SHE EVEN TOOK GREAT CARE OF MY GERMAN SHEPHARD. WHEN ALL WAS SAID AND DONE SHE FELT MORE LIKE FAMILY THAN A STRANGER. I GIVE HER A BILLION STARS! I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE THAT WANTS GREAT SERVICE. SHE IS A SUPER SWEET GAL:-)

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved unfortunately my father has been hospitalized again. I WAS JUST PHONED BY MY SISTER AND IT IS ANOTHER STROKE. THE LADY WAS WONDERFUL AND SUPER SWEET. SHE SEEMS VERY LEVEL HEADED AND I WILL BE MORE THAN WILLING TO USE HER IN THE NEAR FUTURE. AS OF NOW I HAVE TO STAY WITH MY FAMILY. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved AFTER SPEAKING WITH THIS LADY SHE REQUESTED CASH UPFRONT. THEN WANTED MORE MONEY BECAUSE SHE SAID SHE DID NOT REALIZE THAT USHIP TOOK MONEY OUT OF THE 1200 DOLLARS SHE BIDDED ON. VERY AWKWARD. WE ARE JUST GOING TO DRIVE THEM OURSELVES. THANKS, JASON

when I spoke to this customer she seemed happy and was going to send her 14 yr old daughter and her 2 dogs with me plus her packed suburban. I did tell her that if I had had all the facts I would have bid higher and that I would need 1/2 payment at time of pickup and when she mentioned the deposit she had already paid I explained that uship had that.I think they added up the savings and decided to do this themselves once she realized she used me to get their deposit back from uship
