Unable to track shipment.
Motorcycle was delivered at night, making it difficult to examine for damage. It appeared like the bike had been sitting outside during a dust storm,... covered with very fine sand.
Motorcycle had actually been started and ridden during shipment, and some minor damage to paint happened moving bike from truck to truck en route.
On the positive side,... service provider paid for some of the damage and bike was delivered days ahead of schedule. Response from swifttransportservice: Customer is mis-leading in his statements. We kept him notified everyday from the time we picked it up until delivery. He chose to have it on that day. Motorcycle had NOT been ridden except to load it because it was a heavy bike. Small paint chip happened at delivery when customer was in possession of the bike, sitting on it, as he helped unload it. It was too heavy for customer to maneuver and he let the side mirror touch the wall.THE BOL was signed as "NO DRIVER DAMAGE". Customer was satisfied

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I am not able to reach the service provider and I need to get the motorcycle shipped as soon as possible. I am forced to look for another service provider
