Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I spoke to driver on the day after pmt. Pickup expected the following Wed, possibly on Tues, would know which day by Sat. I didnt hear on Sat so I texted & called on Sun. I have tried Sun, Mon to reach both cell #s & no calls or texts back. Cell # who I spoke to has message of 'not in service'. Called uship on Mon evening about canceling. Uship asked driver to contact me. I have heard nothing back& am ready to cancel. Response from LovingPetTransports: Just now started working again after the accident I had on the way to pick up from you. Sorry I could not call or answer emails since I was in the hospital having surgery. It has taken 2 months to be able to drive again but thank God I had no animals in the vehicle at the time of the accident. I am very thankful that I did not pick up and that the accident happened before I picked up. I'm very sorry for your inconvenience
