Fast service. Company that Transported car (Goad Trucking)keep me informed. Driver was very easy to deal with. Would use transport company again.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Stated we could pickup in 7 days and deliver 5 days after that. Contract date was 9-4-14 and as of today vehicle not picked up and per Candice no idea when they can.
Have been on phone and e-mail with both transport company and uship. Unable to resolve issue

These older larger cars are somewhat of a pain to ship, as most carriers like newer cars. These older cars tend to leak fluids, not start, so fourth and can make the journey very difficult for the driver. We are hoping the developers of both uShip and our management system to have a solution for this in the near future. We advise to also read our shipping invoice to better understand the transportation industry, this will make for a less stressful process, whether the shipment goes smooth, or...

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Service provider will not return phone calls. He was sent e-mail by uship and still has not responded.He lacks being truthfull about ship times and dates even though I was fexible at his request for pick up giving him more than enough time to pickup and deliver. In the beginning he would return calls then stopped.I would not recommend this provider to anyone.
