the demand for refund because he found a local that would do it for 250 and the refusal to unload at 1am and the telling me 7 miles away the roads flooded got to go 30 miles around. and the argueing for refund when he accepted a 350 bid when there was also a 325 bid in place. and when i pointed out the fact he stated delivery anytime rain or shine, he got mad. told me i could unload he would leave the forklift out. i said fine send me an email you assume all liab for damage. all went well

Never demanded refund or refused to unload. Sorry for warning you there was water over the road.I can't control the weather and I am sorry for giving you forewarning. Your 30 miles=6 miles on a 325 mile haul. I told another shipper during bidding "anytime rain or shine". Never told danjon that. He should have called when he picked items up as well as communicate better on delivery time. Never mentioned 1 a.m. until he was on the way.

Transporter delivered items at a reasonable price in a short amount of time.
danjon estimated delivery to be Wednesday afternoon. danjon was accepted for the job and after not hearing from him on Wednesday, I texted him at 6:30 pm for an ETA of the shipment. He never told me he picked up the shipment but said we would be ready to unload at 1 am. Long story short, he arrived at 1:40 in the morning and I regretted accepting his bid, as he was adamant about being unloaded when he arrived.

click on the item to read delivery anytime rain or shine. he told me when i was 7 miles away i had to drive 30 miles around flooded roads. he called enroute and demanded a refund because he got a local to do for 250. i offered 25 dollars then realized he accepted a 350 bid when i had also placed a 325. I40 was delayed that day traffic stalled for 3 hours. communicaion? there is no verizon service by kennett mo. left out f-lift for me. i asked for email that he assumes liabilty. fireworks
