The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it the original location was given incorrectly. The Zip code that was shown on Uship was 77049 the actual location is over an hour from original address. The price was not given for that area. original location is Channelview, and the actual location is on the other side of the city in Jersey Villiage which requires a different price. would love to assist, but need correct info for a correct price.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved This is NOT TRUE....... I spoke with them right away when the load was booked confirming if they didn't have loading or unloading assistance we could help them find it .... I told them specifically within the question and answer questions I repeated that continuously I spoke with Lee and he agreed for me to help them find assistance after we talked .. I can send the recording THIS COMMENT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I arrived at pick up location where there was only one person on site. He did not know what steel the shipper intended to ship as there were pieces of steel scattered all over the site. The man tried to Facetime the shipper to figure out what steel to ship, only to pick out different pieces that were not listed in add. The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer did not put into his discription the details of this load. The building the office furniture was in had NO electricity, and it was so dark in the room the furniture was in that I had to use my cell phone has a flash light. I wasn't told I needed to take extension cords or drop lights to connect to a generator to be able to see or unbolt the furniture from the walls. After speaking with the customer he told me I needed to come up with a solution to the problem, and he wasn't willing
