As far as the low star rating you gave me my services did not include everything you wanted. Machine to be inspected by me was not my job. You paid for open transport so your machine got wet, not a big deal. You wanted the machine clean and perfect looking on delivery and again you paid for open transport and stuff gets wet and dirty. So for the care of goods your mower arrived just fine, just needed rinsed off which was no big deal.
