The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Said 2 items to be shipped. A chair an an ottoman. Then turns into 3. With an off a sofa. Can not transport for that price.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider had every excuse in the book. You can look at our notes prior to be accepting the quote, we agreed to pick up on the 11th. I accepted the quote on Tuesday the 11th, texted him right away didnt hear from him until Wednesday morning and he said there was an issue with the truck. Then I did not hear from him again until this morning, Friday the 14th. Now he is saying it was misrepresented? Stop. This guy is bad business, the process should not be this difficult.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After over a week of conversation with the service provider, they told me they are unable to do the shipment because their "trucks do not want to cooperate".

I picked up and dropped within 48 hours. The shipper gave me a cart with bent casters and said it was purchased that way. Plus I did this for far lower than my minimum.
