The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer had to postpone the move, until new house will be ready.

A few minor hiccups. The driver arrived late and didn't notify us, we had to contact him. His partner wasn't available so he hired local movers to help load and unload the truck. At departure and arrival, the movers were hired for not enough time or the wrong hours. Fortunately my brother was there to help. All in all everything worked out, all my things were delivered intact and in the agreed timeframe. I hired this company last minute and likely if the partner is available things go smoother.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The house I am moving into is not ready and unfortunately I need to postpone my move. Nimb moving was more than understanding. They looked at their calendar and tried to see how we could accomodate my move. Unfortunately they were already booked. It is unfortunate I will not get to work with them but I highly recommend them. Great customer service and very professional.

Tony, Nico and the rest of the team did a great job. My stuff arrived in Texas as planned, they were very nice and professional. I would definitely work with them again. Some of the comments mentioned some issues with communication and well...it's a little true but be patient! Tony will get back to you and things will work out perfectly! Book with them, you won't regret it!

This will be the same kind of rating that David has received so far: I give him 5 stars. He picked up the boxes when he said he would and dropped them off exactly the day he said he would. The communication was excellent. He would always answer my calls or call me back if needed. And he was always very nice. I will definitely book with his company again and recommend him 100%. Thank you again David!
