Ending charges were quite a bit more than accepted bid. Overall communication and processes could have been better with service provider, no problem with the trucker.

This shipment took place during the pipeline hack while people were hoarding fuel and fuel prices went up. All which caused drivers to increase their rates. This was out of our control. The shipment was still completed in a timely and safe manner.
