Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Customer was informed that pick up would be between Wed evening 8/26/09 and Thur morning. Customer failed to respond to repeated attempts from Will Haul It and the driver on Wed regarding pick up schedule. Truck left with empty space due to customer not being available at time specified by himself. We worked to meet schedule set by him...yet he failed to live up to that schedule. Will Haul It went as far as to leave messages with other family members....but no response. This is an unfair bashing Response from Fred E.: Full Of BALONEY! Made plans with him from June! Regular phone contact! Admit it YOU MESSED UP!

I highly recommend M&K Log., Great Communication, Excellant and Courterous Service.My auto was picked up on time and delivered on time as well. From Dispatcher to Driver all went very well. I will use them again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Scheduling conflicts arose, neither I or the shipper could not reach agreement on particular rescheduling dates. Shipper was polite, no harm done. Response from BestPriceAutoShippers: Sorry for the inconvenience, being hospitalized for 10 days I was unable to answer any calls, emails or accommodate any shipments.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I Booked this vehicle transport in JUNE 2009. I was in frequent phone contact with the provider Uhallit. They were given a 3 day pickup period,8/25/09,08/26,or 08/27/09. I called in July twice to touch base and again called August 10th to verify all was good, told too soon call, call back August 21st. Called 08/21 Russel, the dispatcher, still did not have a set date of the 3 days I provided months ago...Told by Russell to call on Monday 08/24/09. STILL no Definite day was scheduled???
